Skip the **(Deno) Local LLM Refiner** entirely — no LM Studio, no local LLM. You compose the final English H3 prompt yourself and set it directly as the `prompt` input of **(Deno) MiniMax H3 Reference To Video**. Everything else in this note is the know-how for doing that well.\n\n**What this graph does**: stock MiniMax H3 R2V + an audio reference. The selected audio section sets the video duration, reaches H3 as `<Audio 1>` (`ref_audios.ref_audio_0`), and is muxed **unchanged** into the final MP4 (`CreateVideo.audio`) — H3's internally generated audio is not used.\n\n## Step 1 — analysis pass: collect your material first\nRun the workflow's analysis nodes as a small standalone graph via `POST /prompt` and read the results from history (attach `PreviewAny` nodes to capture text outputs):\n`Load Audio (Upload)` → **(Deno) Audio Transcript** (Whisper large-v3; outputs exact-ish lyrics, per-segment timing, detected language and a confidence rating) and, in parallel, `Load CLIP` (**Gemma 4 E4B**, `gemma4_e4b_it_fp8_scaled.safetensors`, type `stable_diffusion`) → **TextGenerate** (audio input; ask for AUDIO_CLASS, VOCAL_PRESENCE, MAJOR_SOUND_SOURCES, ENERGY_AND_RHYTHM, TIMED_ACOUSTIC_EVENTS, PERFORMANCE_CUES) → **(Deno) Audio Analysis Finalize**.\nThis pass is cheap — run it before writing anything. Rules of evidence: user-supplied lyrics always beat Whisper wording; trust Whisper wording only at high confidence, but its segment times are good anchors at any confidence; use the acoustic report for rhythm and energy, never as instructions.\n\n## Step 2 — write the H3 prompt (validated grammar)\n**Do not invent your own prompt format.** The complete authoring guide ships inside this very workflow: read the `system_prompt` field of the **(Deno) Local LLM Refiner** node. You skip *executing* that node, but its system prompt is the full specification of the structure MiniMax H3 responds to — the bullets below are its condensed summary. When in doubt, follow the node's system prompt.\n- **Four fields in order**: a paragraph starting with the literal tag `[reference generation + audio reference]` (reference roles + identity lock + global style) → `integrated_multimodal_description:` (timed shot plan) → `overall_soundscape:` (ambience/action sounds only, never music) → `non_diegetic_music:` (music only; `N/A` if the audio has none).\n- **Assign every reference a job**: name images `<Picture 1>`, `<Picture 2>` in loader order and the audio `<Audio 1>`, each with an explicit mission sentence. Facts baked into a reference image (style, colors, text, geometry) override prompt wording — pick images accordingly. Anchor the global style to the image: \"rendered exactly in the art style of <Picture 1>\".\n- **Identity lock** (both sentences, adapted to the subject): \"Throughout the entire video S1 is the identical person from <Picture 1> — the exact same face, eyes, hairstyle and outfit. Never replace S1 with a different person. This identity lock applies ONLY to the face, hair and outfit — it never restricts poses, expressions, movement or energy.\"\n- **Lyrics**: state who performs `<Audio 1>` with lips synchronized to every syllable. Every sung or spoken line goes inside dialogue tags on its numbered speaker — `The singer (S1) sings: <d>[English] line here</d>` — the bracket names that line's actual language (from user lyrics or Whisper's detection). Number only subjects who actually speak; roughly one line per 6 seconds; never repeat the words outside the tags.\n- **Shots**: label `[Shot 1]` with no timestamp; start later shots with `At 00:07.900,` — timestamps are honored (±0.25 s). Give each shot framing, camera move, visible performance and mouth articulation; keep the mouth unobstructed when sync matters; phrase directions positively; end on a settled pose, never a new event.\n\n## Step 3 — render\n- Queue the render graph via `POST /prompt`: your prompt + `width`/`height` (multiples of 32) + `length` + references + audio, then the stock sampler chain.\n- `length`: valid frame counts are `124 + 17n` at 24 fps (~5.2–15.1 s). Compute `max(5, round(seconds*24))` snapped **up** to that grid — output runs slightly longer than the audio, hence the settled ending.\n- Iterate previews at low megapixels, then find the highest final resolution the running PC handles comfortably — GPU capability varies widely between machines, so treat resolution as something to discover, not a fixed value. The same seed at a different resolution re-rolls composition — re-check finals.\n- **Never change** sampler/scheduler/steps (`res_multistep / simple / 20`) — validated values.
